    Enterprise and Major Account Customers don’t need Admin or receptionists or Sales! Foreign Call Centers are not empowered and of little or no value to ANY business or residential customer.  Internetworking requires Responsive Intelligent Technical Support people to address ANY issue and manage all 7 layers of Networking.

That is ALL they ae qualified to be!!  That is their stated goal at the Executive and Board level.  Good price for pieces of a solution.  But a HORRIBLLY HIGH UNACCEPTABLE COST!!
